Chapters can reserve one table each until February 15th.

After that you can reserve your additional tables.

The cost for just reserving your chapter table/s is $50 each. It will be charged to the chapters via a QuickBooks transfer just before Rendezvous and will show up on your monthly reports for April 2026.

If you have any questions please let us know. IMPORTANT, Please inform your chapter Treasurer how much the total is so the He/She can make note of it.

We will have a Dessert Auction again.

We are asking every chapter to bring one dessert to serve up to 8 people at each of your table that you have reserved. This can be a homemade dessert or store bought.

How will this work: There will be an envelope on each table. Collect money from each person and the table with the largest dollar amount will get first choice, 2nd highest amount will get second choice etc.

If your chapter reserves a table for a display and does not have it set up by Friday at 9:00am, your chapter will be charged $100. We had several chapters the reserved a spot and never used it. We could have let another vendor have your spot.
