    1) completed application (include separate page for clubs, jobs, etc if applicable)

    2) copy of most recent transcript including school name and GPA

    3) 450-500 word essay on the assigned topic

    4) copy of your Driver's License or certified mail to prove your residency

    Essay Topic Spring 2025: Habitat fragmentation is increasingly becoming an issue in urban areas as urban sprawl continues to expand. Why is it essential to establish habitats for the protection of pollinators and wildlife in urban ecosystems?

    Eligibility: Applicant must be a valid resident of Fayette County, KY; must be enrolled in community college, college, or university (anywhere in the world!) with a declared major or minor in agriculture, natural resources, environmental science, or related discipline; must possess a cumulative GPA of 2.7 or higher.
