Furever Home & Pet Pantry 10th Annual Holiday Craft Fair

Event Information

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our 11th Annual Holiday Craft Fair. We greatly appreciate your desire to support Furever Home Adoption Center and Pet Pantry of Lancaster County.

Before you continue with the registration process, please ensure your business meets the following criteria:

Items for sale must be quality handmade items and a professional business must be maintained. It is also important that you have a well-maintained social media page that we can share when marketing our event.

Exhibition Spaces Available:      

8' x 6' - $70.00

8' x 6' Corner - $80.00

10' x 10' - $90.00

 10' x 10' Corner - $100.00

Small Exhibition Room - 8' x 6' all tables $65.00

Early set up is available on Friday November 14th from 5:00-7:00 p.m for an additional $10.00 fee.

Day of event set up doors will open at 7:00 a.m. and set up must be completed by 9:30a.m.

Raffle basket donation It would be deeply appreciated if crafters would consider donating a raffle basket to support our event.

 

There is no guarantee of acceptance to the event as we are striving for variety in the crafters attending.

• You will have the choice to reserve one (1) 8' table and two (2) chairs.
• 10' x 10' spaces can accommodate a canopy or free-standing shelves for display. These spaces will not have electric available.
• Limited perimeter spaces will have electricity available. You will need to provide your own extension cords. Please note that duct tape is NOT permitted to secure cords to the floor. Painter’s tape or Gasser’s tape may be used.
• If you choose early set up you are responsible for providing your own tablecloths to cover your merchandise overnight on Friday.
• PA SALES TAX - Participants are required to collect and remit their own PA Sales Tax. 
• MERCHANDISE SOLD: Vendors/Participants are to sell only items  approved in application.
• LIABILITY – The Vendor/Participant is primarily liable for injury caused by vendor/participant’s property including equipment, merchandise and labor.  Furever Home, Pet Pantry and the Farm & Home Center will not be responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to the Vendor/Participant, his employees, or his property from any cause whatsoever.
• Payment is not due until you have received confirmation from Pet Pantry. At that time, payment will be due within ten (10) working days or your space will be forfeited.  Payment can be remitted via cash, credit card, Venmo, or PayPal.
