All Charity Fest Registration Form
  • All Charity Fest October 25th & 26th, 2026 at the Nathan Phillips Square, Toronto, ON Organizations willing to participate at the “All Charity Fest” will be charged $250 participation fees for the two days of the festival. Registration is open. Application forms are being received on a first come first serve basis. Reserve your spot early to ensure your participation. Payment can be done by cheque or e-transfer after the form is filled. 

  • Agreement on services

    All Charity Festival hereby agree to provide the following products and/or services:

    · 10 by 10 white Tent.

    · 2 Chairs and 1 Table

    · Insurance coverage for the festival.

    · 5 minutes speaking opportunity at the podium to address the public.

    · A link to your organization’s website on All Charity Festival website as a participant.

    · Lunch for your two staff members OR your 2 volunteers.

    · Overnight security.

    · All Charity Festival will provide various entertainments at the festival venue at the Nathan Phillips Square.

     

  • Termination:

    Either party may terminate this agreement within 60 days prior to the festival.
