Food Truck and Mobile Food Vendor Application
Calling all Food Trucks and mobile food vendors! You are invited to join us for the 34th Annual Colorado Mountain Winefest ‘Festival in the Park’ to be held on Saturday, September 20th, 2025 at Riverbend Park in Palisade from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We're seeking top-tier food vendors to join our prestigious event. With over 5,000 attendees flocking from around the world, this is your chance to showcase your products to a diverse and engaged audience. Plus, by participating, you'll be supporting the Colorado Association for Viticulture & Enology, the only non-profit dedicated to advancing Colorado wine and grape growing industry. As the largest fundraiser for this vital organization, your presence makes a meaningful impact. This application is for mobile food vendors and food trucks only. If you are offering samples and/or selling pre-packaged foods please use the Artisan Vendor Application.
Vendor Fees:
$300 for a 10' X 10' booth space
$400 for a 10' X 20' booth space
$35 for 120 volt electricity
$50 for 220 electricity
$10 for one day Palisade Business license
$10 Non-refundable application fee
Four staff members per booth are included in each booth fee. Up to two additional staff can be added for $25 each and must be paid in advance. All staff must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
TO APPLY: All prospective vendors must submit the following application no later than April 25, 2025.
All applications will be juried by the Winefest Vendor Selection Committee. Vendor selections are based on unique or regional cuisine, quality of offerings and space availability. To achieve a variety of cuisines some menus may be limited. CAVE and the Event Coordinators reserve the right to refuse applicants. Previous participation does not guarantee acceptance.
Notification of acceptance status will be emailed no later than May 9th, 2025. All acceptance decisions are final.
Accepted vendors will need to submit the total fees due by either check or credit card no later than May 20th.
Final information packets covering set up, take down, parking and access will be mailed in August.
