Participants are expected to be open during all hours of the scheduled dates.
Truck owners are expected to operate in a professional and considerate manner at all times both onsite and online.
Ask Jennyfer, LLC has zero-tolerance for aggression, profanity, racism, intimidation, threats, or discriminatory behavior of any kind toward anyone, administration, staff, or other members of the food truck or mobile food community
Accepted participants may sell non-alcoholic beverages.
Accepted participants must maintain the highest degree of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
Food trucks are responsible for disposing their on trash. No trash can be left onsite.
Whenever possible and to remain responsive to consumer needs, participants should offer online or call-ahead ordering.
Using recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable packaging/serving products is mandatory.
There is no dumping of food, food waste, grease, water, ice, or beverage waste into the sewer drains, parks, or plant beds. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure spills are prevented. *NOTE: A fine of $300 will be assessed per infraction and will automatically be charged to your card on file.
The food truck is solely responsible for any damage to property that occurs while it is on-site or in service. All damages incurred to any property during its presence at the event will be the full responsibility of the food truck operator.
For bookings of more than five days, a 50% deposit is due upfront. The remaining balance must be paid within two weeks of the approval date.
There are no refunds for cancellation of days. Please give 3 days notice if possible for cancellations.
All participants must provide the onsite coordinator with the daily sales ticket count.
All participants must provide valid insurance certificates per Friedman's requirements. Requirements will be sent upon approval of application.
Any food truck linked to customer illness will be immediately removed from the program
All trucks must be onsite by 10:30am on scheduled service date and ready to serve.

I understand that failure to do so will result in removal from the program. Due to the nature of this program, it is further understood that fees are non-refundable after acceptance, even if my business cancels their participation before the program begins.
