Brundo Chef Residency Application
The Brundo Chef Residency is open to chefs of the African diaspora offering a full service dining concept, who do not already have their own brick and mortar location. Our selection committee will review applications and choose a list of finalists to join us March 18th to present a single dish and the winner will be announced shortly after. Please read full details before applying.
