Thank you for your interest in being a guest on the FoundHER Voice Podcast. We are honored to amplify voices that inspire, challenge, and empower women in their careers, health, relationships, parenting, leadership, and personal growth.

Below, you will find the terms of our guest agreement. This ensures clarity, professionalism, and a seamless collaboration for both you and the FoundHER Voice platform as we work together to create meaningful conversation and lasting impact.

1. Participation Details (Host will fill in)

2. Compensation
Guest appearances are unpaid.

3. Intellectual Property
a. The podcast, including all recordings, content, and materials, remains the sole property of FoundHER Voice Podcast.
b. Participants grant the host a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use their name, photos, audio, video and likeness in connection with the podcast, including promotions and future uses.
c. Participants may request limited permission to use podcast segments for personal promotion.

4. Recording and Release
a. The Host retains the right to edit, publish, or withhold any recording for any reason.
b. Participants may not request removal or significant edits after publication.

5. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
All pre-episode discussions and unpublished materials are considered confidential unless agreed otherwise.

6. Authenticity and Content Boundaries
Participants agree to be respectful, the podcast is raw and unfiltered where real, honest conversations take place. Guests are encouraged to speak freely and authentically, without censorship, while respecting the following boundaries:
a. No Political Discussions: This podcast does not engage in political debates, endorsements, or discussions of any political parties, policies, or ideologies.
b. No LGBTQ+ Topics: While we respect all individuals, this podcast does not discuss LGBTQ+ issues.
c. Respectful Discourse: While strong opinions and real talk are encouraged, personal attacks, hate speech, or discriminatory language will not be tolerated.
d. No Post-Publication Censorship: Guests acknowledge that their words will be aired as spoken, with minimal editing. By participating, they accept full responsibility for their statements.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Either party may cancel or reschedule with written notice of at least 72 hours.
Repeated cancellations may result in termination of the agreement.

8. Liability
The Host is not responsible for any third-party claims, losses, or damages arising from the Participant's actions or statements during the podcast.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Kentucky.

10. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the guest and the host all prior agreements. Amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
