1. General Agreement
1.1. By registering as a talent, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.
1.2. Registration does not guarantee bookings, collaborations, or opportunities but grants you eligibility for consideration.
1.3. NXT LVL Talent reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any talent profile at its discretion.
2. Talent Representation & Conduct
2.1. You acknowledge that you are an independent talent and not an employee of NXT LVL LLC.
2.2. You are responsible for upholding a professional image, including behavior at events, gigs, and collaborations facilitated by NXT LVL LLC.
2.3. Any form of misconduct, unprofessional behavior, or breach of contract with event organizers, brands, or clients may result in removal from the platform.
3. Intellectual Property & Media Usage
3.1. You grant NXT LVL LLC permission to use your submitted materials (CV, media kit, photos, videos, press kit, etc.) for internal review, promotions, and talent marketing.
3.2. NXT LVL LLC may feature your profile, images, and work on its website, social media, and promotional materials for exposure and networking purposes.
3.3. If you wish to remove or update your submitted content, you must submit a written request via email to support@nxtlvl.ae
4. Data Privacy & Confidentiality
4.1. Your personal data will be stored securely and will only be shared with potential clients, brands, and event organizers when relevant to a booking or opportunity.
4.2. NXT LVL LLC will not sell or distribute your personal information to third parties without consent.
4.3. By submitting this form, you agree to receive email and WhatsApp communications regarding bookings, gigs, and industry updates. You can opt out at any time.
5. Talent Opportunities & Bookings
5.1. NXT LVL LLC acts as a bridge between talent and opportunities but does not guarantee jobs, sponsorships, or brand deals.
5.2. Talents must communicate availability, rates, and preferences clearly when approached for potential gigs.
5.3. If selected for an opportunity, you must comply with the event's terms, contract, and deliverables as agreed with the client.
5.4. Failure to show up, cancel last minute, or breach event agreements may result in permanent removal from NXT LVL LLC.
6. Financial Agreements & Payments
6.1. Any payment agreements for gigs, events, or brand partnerships will be negotiated between the talent and NXT LVL LLC.
6.2. NXT LVL LLC is not responsible for payment disputes or financial agreements made between talent and third parties.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
7.1. NXT LVL LLC is not liable for any damages, injuries, or financial losses resulting from gigs, brand collaborations, or third-party interactions.
7.2. You assume full responsibility for your performance, agreements, and personal safety at all events and engagements.
7.3. NXT LVL LLC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, with notice provided via email or website update.
8. Agreement Confirmation
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm that:
