Do you have verifiable W-2's, Pay stubs, or employer affidavit on employer letterhead to establish the required experience and copied documentation of 7,000 hours in the Outside Electrical Industry with a minimum of 4,000 hours at Journeyman level for a total of 11,000 hours?

This form is intended to verify work experience in the electrical industry for the purpose of qualifying for industry-recognized credentials. It should be completed by a past or present employer who can confirm the applicant’s relevant field experience. Please provide specific information regarding dates of employment, type of work performed, and total hours. Print form and attach completed form with your W2 forms below.

The Journeyman Lineman exam is scheduled a week in advance. We will try to accommodate your schedule if possible. However the date you schedule could possibly change. What date and time work best for you? (The exam can only be scheduled on Wednesday and Friday at the available times below).
