I authorize Enchantid Moments and Costumer to use my photos on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
I authorize Enchantid Moments and paying affiliates to edit, alter, copy, or distribute the photos for social media advertising and marketing.
I agree that the videos, photos, content and intellectual property rights of the content belong to Enchantid Moments.
I agree that I will not receive any monetary compensation for usage of my photographs and videos in social media platforms.
I agree that while I may retain personal usage rights, Enchantid Moments holds the right to use and distribute the content.
I acknowledge that the content may be used without further approval once this form is signed.
I acknowledge that I am of legal age, or have a legal guardian's permission to sign.
Purpose of This Release
This Media Release Form grants permission for Enchantid Moments and its affiliates to capture, use, and share video and photographic content featuring the undersigned individual. The content may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes across various digital platforms. By signing this form, the individual acknowledges they have completely read and consent to this agreenment. The individual acknowledges that their likeness, voice, and actions may be recorded and published publicly without monetary compensation.
