This form is to be filled out if you are applying to be one of our Bespoke Hair Color Models (@thebespokehairco) Models must feel comfortable in front of the camera for before and after photos and videos, agree to our model terms below, and be excited to have their hair done at The Bespoke Hair Co. with their stylist.
You must be a new guest to The Bespoke Hair Co. to apply to be a model.

On occasion, we will reach out to current or previous guests and ask them to be a model for Andrea to teach a new hair technique/service to the apprentice stylists.

In order to be a hair model at The Bespoke Hair Co. you must agree to the following and sign below at the end of the form.
- Models must agree to come with their makeup on (ready for photos and video)
- Must not be on a strict time constraint - as services may take longer than standard timing.
- Must wear neutral shirt color (black, white, beige, tan).
- Must sign a model release form upon arrival.
- Will pay a discounted rate for services (price will be quoted before service based on the model services being received at appointment) in exchange for being a hair color model.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Whenever we need a model we will pull from this list and reach out if you're a good fit.
