  • Booth Selection

    Booths are rented on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Vendor Parking

    There is a special vendor parking area nearby behind the vendors. 

    Please unload and then park in the designated area.

    Overnight Camping

    You may come in on Friday, March 21, select your spot, set up the night before, and camp out on the property. You may also camp out on Saturday after the event.  Please be packed up and ready to leave by 11 am on Sunday.

  • Important Event Information

    The event begins at 10:00 AM on March 22nd, 2025, and ends at 6:00 PM. Booth setup begins at 8 AM and must be completed before 9:30 AM. Vendors are responsible for the setup and breakdown of booths. The event ends at 6 pm, please do not break down earlier.

    (No refunds/No rain checks will be given.)

    Booth Space (12' x 12') Fee is $50.00
