2025 Yarmouth Clam Festival Entertainment Application

Thank you for your interest in playing at the Yarmouth Clam Festival, July 18-20, 2025! We offer diverse opportunities for groups to play at the Festival, whether its on our main stage, kids area, or one of our smallers stages. Priority is given to local/Maine based acts. Please complete the application and hold harmless agreement. You will be contacted mid-April whether your band has been accepted into this years Festival. 

Booking Rates

Note: The Yarmouth Clam Festival is held to support over 35 local non-profits, and we have a limited budget for entertainment acts. If you are scheduled, we will call to negotiate rates prior to sending over our agreement. Rates will be based on the time of day, location at festival and length of performance. Parking is provided for performers during performance time.

By executing this agreement, the undersigned agree(s) for himself, herself, itself and its/their successors, heirs and assigns that participation in the Yarmouth Clam Festival, as described herein, shall be at the risk of the undersigned, and that the undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges and expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the YARMOUTH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, the YARMOUTH CLAM FESTIVAL, TOWN of YARMOUTH, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY and the officers, directors, employees, agents and members of either organization, together with their successors and assigns of and from all debts, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, dues, sum and sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, doings, omissions, variances, extents, execution and liabilities whatsoever including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, claims for contribution, exoneration or indemnity, or any other thing whatsoever which might arise from the undersigned participation in the 2025 Yarmouth Clam Festival. The undersigned acknowledges that he/she/they has read and understood the foregoing, and that he/she/they has been advised to consult with an attorney if there are any questions, and further acknowledges that he/she/they must abide by all the RULES of the Yarmouth Clam Festival. 

RULES: All Entertainers are asked to precede their performance with acknowledgement of the Sponsor of their performance. While performing, artists will keep all mention or discussion of all event sponsors positive. Publicity for the Festival is carefully managed and scheduled. Performers may be asked to participate in advance publicity interviews but will not receive additional compensation for these appearances. Participation in advance publicity is not mandatory. No performer may use the CLAM FESTIVAL NAME OR THE FESTIVAL LOGO for self-promotion without the prior approval of the Clam Festival Steering Committee. No Alcohol permitted on/in festival areas or locations. No Pets.
