Vacation Bible School Participant Registration

Monday - Thursday, June 23 - 26 (9 am - 12 noon)
Please use this form to provide information for one parent or guardian volunteer and all children in your family attending Vacation Bible School.

To attend VBS, children must be 4 years old or older by 8/31/2025. Younger children may attend "Mini-VBS" only while a parent is onsite volunteering. We welcome non-members of Christ Church to attend VBS with a parent volunteer onsite all four days.

Registration Fee (includes a VBS t-shirt):
- $65 for age 4 - 3rd grade
- $85 for 4th & 5th grade
Registration closes on May 2 or when we reach max capacity based on the number of 4-day, onsite volunteers available.

All Mini-VBS participants must bring a snack from home each day. All snacks should be nut-free. If you bring pre-packaged snacks, please read the label carefully. Please label all bags, containers, and cups with your child's name.

Parent Authorizations
If my child(ren) requires immediate medical attention, I authorize and give my consent to Christ Church to provide such care and/or transport my child to a hospital or other treatment provider. I certify that my child(ren) are in good health and may participate in all VBS activities.

My child(ren) have permission to ride in Christ Church-approved transportation. I undersatnd that answering "Yes" to this question is my authorization and a substitue for my signature.
