The Montana Farm Bureau Federation will present two, $1,500.00 scholarships made available through special efforts of the MFB Women’s Leadership Committee.
The scholarships are available to both BOYS & GIRLS and is available to any student seeking certified continuing education - college, trade schools, etc., and at any level, freshmen-grad school!
The winners will be selected on the following criteria:
1) The applicant is seeking higher education at an accredited school.
2) Scholarship must be used the year it is awarded.
3) Must be a current paid Montana Farm Bureau member, or an immediate member of a current paid Montana Farm Bureau family.
4) Applications will be scored on the following top priorities:
a. Scholastic achievement (high school GPA)
b. Future Goals (college/education, career, activities, etc. with special emphasis on how they relate to the agriculture industry)
c. Community Involvement
d. School activities and leadership positions
Applicant must also provide:
•Two (2) letters of reference
•A high school or college transcript including GPA
Applications must be submitted by midnight on April 1, 2026 and will be initially scored by your local County Farm Bureau. Your application may be considered for a locally sponsored award, and the county will submit up to two applications to be considered for the state awards by April 15, 2026. Final awards will be announced by June 1, 2026.
