Registration Form Preschool (ages 2.5-5 yrs) 2024-2025

Please print clearly, complete all parts of the Registration Form, attach the Registration Fee (may be paid via Zelle at info@greensboronewschool.org or via check), and send to our office mailing address: 100 Andrea Drive, Jamestown NC 27282 OR turn in to the school (hard copy or email/online form submission).

Registration is not considered complete until registration fee is recieved. Failure to submit payment within 24 hours of form completion will result in the forfieture of your child's placement at GNS.

Tuition rates are as follows:

Current families may register starting on February 5, 2025. Returning alumni families may register starting on February 12, 2025. New families may register starting on February 19, 2025.

If you register before or on May 3, 2025: A non-refundable Registration Fee is due when submitting this form. A non-refundable deposit of one month's tuition is due by May 3, 2025. This will be applied to your May 2025 tuition. If you register after May 3, 2025: The registration fee and deposit are both due when submitting this form.

Registration Fees Returning (includes current families & returning alumni families):

Early Bird Registration by February 19, 2025: $50 ($40 each additional child)

Regular Registration after February 19, 2025: $60 ($40 each additional child)

Registration Fees Returning (includes NEW families):

Early Bird Registration by February 26, 2025: $80 for first child ($50 each additional child)

Regular Registration after February 26, 2025: $90 for first child ($50 eachadditional child)

Preschool hours will be: 8:30am-12:30pm.
Days will be assigned on a first come, first served basis and your child will have the same schedule every week for the entire school year. Lunch and snack will be provided by parents.

We enroll students for a full school year. (End of Aug-June) Should family circumstances change and require you to withdraw your child, the tuition deposit will become a donation to GNS, a 501 (c)3 non-profit, and a letter documenting that donation will be sent to you for your taxes.

Monthly tuition is due at the beginning of each month from September 2025-April 2026. It remains the same each month through the entire school year unless a student adds or drops days.
