Charlotte Gun Dogs of TennesseeThe purpose of this application is used only to determine the proper placement of the right puppy in the right home. Permission to use this application is for breeder's purposes only. Charlotte Gun Dogs of TN requires a refundable $500 deposit to hold your puppy, which will be collected after your application is approved and will be deducted from the total price of $800. The remaining balance of $300 is required once puppy is 8 weeks old.

Rehoming Policy

If, for any reason, Puppy Buyer can no longer care for the puppy, Charlotte Gun Dogs of TN shall be given the first opportunity to resume ownership, however, Charlotte Gun Dogs of TN is not required to accept the puppy. If Charlotte Gun Dogs of TN resumes ownership the puppy will be returned with all of its registration paperwork and health records.

Under no circumstances will the puppy be sold, leased, traded, or given away to any breeder, kennel, pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory, or similiar facility. Doing so, Puppy Buyer will be responsible for a fee of $5,000 plus any legal or recovery costs associated with the return of the puppy to Charlotte Gun Dogs of TN.

Upon application approval, Charlotte Gun Dogs of TN will contact Puppy Buyer to determine preferred puppy based on the availability of the litter. All puppies will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Charlotte Gun Dogs of TN will not reserve any puppy prior to receipt of the required $500 deposit. Deposits are required within 24 hours of puppy selection.

I have read and understand that puppy selection is not guaranteed until the $500 required deposit is received.
