Thank you for supporting the DARPA Artificial Intelligence Cyber Challenge (AIxCC) Experience at the RSA Conference, April 27 - May 1, 2025 at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts (YBCA) in San Francisco, CA. This form is being distributed to all staff who will be providing support to this event.

Sunday, April 27 - Mandatory Staff Training at the YBCA (1300-1600) // RSA DV Event (1700-1900)

Monday, April 28 - AIxCC Experience Open (0930 - 1500)

Tuesday, April 29 - Private Tour (0900 - 0930) // AIxCC Experience Open (0930 - 1630)

Wednesday, April 30 - Private Tour (0900 - 0930) // AIxCC Experience Open (0930 - 1630)

Thursday, May 1 - AIxCC Experience Open (0930 - 1400)

Friday, May 2 - Tear Down

Note: Security Badges must be pre-ordered, and on-site badge printing in San Francisco is not available.

Uniforms will be distributed on April 27th during the staff check-in process and prior to the Mandatory Staff Training Meeting. Uniforms are to be worn when you are working assigned shifts (Sunday through Thursday).

Note: Dress Code for AIxCC @ RSAC is Casual. Jeans are okay; comfortable shoes and layers are recommended.
