  • Privacy and Personal Information

We maintain a directory of parishioners and their contact information, known as the Parish List.

To facilitate community building within our congregation the Parish List is available to all parishioners. This list is not made public outside of All Saints. Participation in the list is voluntary, and you may choose to have some, or all of your information, kept off the Parish List. All information collected is confidential.

The complete list is available to Parish staff and those in leadership positions to allow them to fulfill their duties and ministry.

  • Print and Digital Media Release

Posting pictures of people (rather than of objects) online helps make our church appear active and welcoming to outsiders. It is very beneficial to our ministry. We recognize the need to balance that benefit with each person’s right to personal privacy.

Our privacy guidelines require permission to post identifiable pictures of parishioners on our website, social media, or in print publications.
