Troop Activity Form

This form MUST BE completed and approved prior to all trips outside of Maine, overnight trips, high-risk activities, and money-earning activities. Two registered, approved, and trained leaders must attend all Girl Scout gatherings, meetings, and field trips. Troops must meet required adult to girl ratios for all Girl Scout activities.
