GROUNDS & FACILITIES COMMITTEE
Advise the Board of Directors on issues related to rules, policies, maintenance, upkeep, and the use of the common grounds and facilities. Assist the HOA Board with maintaining, improving, and updating the grounds so as to make the property attractive and pleasing to existing residents, visitors, and potential buyers, and to facilitate sustaining the property for maximum value.
Committee Members will report to an appointed Committee Chair and work directly with the Board Vice President.
Estimated Time Commitment: 5-10 Hours per Month
