• COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE

    Ensures that residents always stay up to date when it comes to community news or important updates by crafting informative Newsletters and email Blasts, assisting with maintaining our HOA website and helping with HOA social media communications.

    Committee Members will report to an appointed Committee Chair and work directly with the Board Secretary and Vice President.

    Estimated Time Commitment: 5-6 Hours per Month

  • GROUNDS & FACILITIES COMMITTEE

    Advise the Board of Directors on issues related to rules, policies, maintenance, upkeep, and the use of the common grounds and facilities. Assist the HOA Board with maintaining, improving, and updating the grounds so as to make the property attractive and pleasing to existing residents, visitors, and potential buyers, and to facilitate sustaining the property for maximum value.

    Committee Members will report to an appointed Committee Chair and work directly with the Board Vice President.

    Estimated Time Commitment: 5-10 Hours per Month

  • POOL COMMITTEE

    Ensure the proper use, care, and upkeep of the pool and surroundings within the fenced areas of the Ridgely Forest Community's pools.  Assist with Homeowner verification and check-in, encourage adherence to pool rules, and maintain clean and safe environments at the pools so residents can enjoy themselves throughout the Summer season.

    Committee Members will report to an appointed Committee Chair and work directly with the Board Vice President.

    Estimated Time Commitment: 4-8 Hours per Month (Summer Only)

  • SOCIAL COMMITTEE

    Organize events that encourage homeowners to get to know each other, build meaningful relationships with one another, and enhance the value of the community by making the development a fun place to live.

    Committee Members will report to an appointed Committee Chair and work directly with the Board Vice President.
