Saint Summer Care is offered from 7:30am-4:30pm, with selective days of the week to fit your family's schedule. Please contact the school office if you have questions: school.saintraphaelcrystal.org or (763) 504-9450.

The Saint Raphael Catholic School Saints Summer Care Program provides care for any school aged child (1st-7th). Children are offered a variety of supervised activities including crafts, reading, math games, athletic games, and field trips. Our program is planned with the children in mind. It is designed to be a fun and exciting summer learning experience.

TIMES

Drop off: 7:30 am onwards

Pick-up: 3:00-4:30 pm

CHILD DROP OFF

Children will be dropped off through the front office and will have to be signed in by a parent or adult.

CHILD PICK-UP

Kids will be picked up from the front office, and will need to be signed out by a parent or adult. Absolutely no pick up later than 4:30pm. There will be a $1 charge per minute after 4:35pm.

Any pickup by a person other than the child's guardian or Emergency Contact needs to be communicated with Saint Raphael School staff (by calling the school at 763-504-9450) earlier in the week, and the person picking up will need to show their ID for staff to check.

If the child is going home with another family from care staff will need to be communicated with earlier in the day and be told with what family they may ride home with.

SUMMER FAITH ALIVE!

On select Wednesdays from 9-11:30am, Saints Summer Care students will partner for faith formation activities led by Pam Gagnon. This program is called Summer Faith Alive!

Keep your flame of faith alive all summer while meeting with friends for faith and fun! We will meet five times throughout the months of June, July and August to talk, learn, pray and play while learning about different aspects of our Catholic faith. Themes include: Sacramentals, Holy Days, Christmas in July, Mary, Divine Mercy.

In case of accident/injury/emergency, school district procedure will be to contact the parent or guardian immediately. If that contact cannot be made, school district personnel will call the physician authorized by the parent or 911, the number for police and medical assistance. BILLING

Saints Summer Care is $50 per day, and bills through TADS: secure.tads.com

Each parent is financially responsible for the attendance of thier student. Automated bank withdrawal is the preferred payment option on TADS. Unpaid attendance or activities fees will result in students unable to participate in summercare classes, activities, or feild trip experiences. Saint Raphael Catholic School reserves the right to correct clerical errors on TADS summercare fees.
We agree to all the policies and procedures for the Saints Summer Camp program, Mr. J. Sports Camp, and Summer Faith Alive!, and understand that we are responsible for following and understanding all the guidelines and changes. If questions or concerns arise, we will contact the Saints Summer Care Director.
