Welcome to Plateful Perth 2025! Please complete this form to submit your dining experience for consideration. Ensure your submission aligns with one of the campaign categories and meets the specified eligibility criteria.

Submission Criteria
- Businesses may apply for multiple categories, but separate applications are required for each submission.
- Submissions will only be accepted via this online form.
- Once confirmed as part of the program on 9 April, submissions cannot be changed.
Eligibilty Criteria
- Established bricks-and-mortar venue: Must operate a permanent physical venue (restaurant, bar, bistro) in the City of Perth with a service team providing food and/or drinks to patrons. Quick service restaurants, takeaway-only venues, and small cafes are not eligible.
- Registered food business: Must be registered with the City of Perth as a food business and comply with the Australian Food Standards Code.
- Campaign-specific exclusivity: Submissions must be exclusive and only available only during Plateful Perth (1 – 31 August 2025).
- Self-funded: Participating businesses must cover all associated costs for their submission.
- Promotional participation: Businesses are required to actively promote their submission through their marketing channels. A campaign toolkit will be provided.
- High standards of quality: All submissions must reflect the premium positioning of Plateful Perth, ensuring exceptional food, drinks, service, and presentation.
- Campaign footage: All promotional footage for the campaign will be professionally shot. Businesses cannot provide their own footage for campaign materials.

Staycation packages combining premier hotel stays with dining experiences.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must combine a minimum 4-star hotel stay with a dining experience at the hotel restaurant (e.g. stay and dine, bed and breakfast, city escape).
- The dining experience must be exclusive to the package and not available separately.
- The offer must be available every day in August (1 - 31).
- The staycation must take place in August. The dates for the experience must fall within this month.
- Bookings must be made in advance through the hotel, with a promotion code provided for customers.
