    All applications submitted after 19th March will be placed on a waiting list and contacted if spaces become available.

  • Hunslet Festival is an annual summer event that takes place on the field next to Grove Road and Church Street in Hunslet. It is great community celebration that local residents look forward to and also draws in visitors from neighbouring communities.

  • We anticipate over 2500 guests to attend the event throughout the day. The Organising Committee is motivated to give people the best day possible.

  • We welcome applications from a wide range of stall holders - please complete the application below and we will be in touch within 2 weeks.

  • PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO "LOCAL" APPLICANTS.

  • All stall spaces are approximately 3m x 3m:

    You must bring your own gazebo, table, chairs etc as required.

    2025 Prices:

    Voluntary Community Groups or Charitable Organisations: £25

    Businesses, Community Groups or Charitable Organisations With Paid Staff, Religious Groups, Political Parties: £40
