Terms of Renting Via Naviho
Naviho provides highly sought-after accomodation, maintained to an excellent standard.
We ensure that residents live with like-minded people, and all potential residents must complete an application process in order to be considered to take up a contract.
Naviho provides 2 types of contract:
1) Professional Contract
- Rent is paid upfront for the duration of your stay.
- You receive a 5% discount off the Residential Tenancy price.
- No guarantor or credit check required. Proof of identity and a reference may be required.
- Minimum contract length is 3 months.
- You may book a virtual viewing.
- A security deposit of 4 weeks' rent is required.
2) Residential Contract
- Rent is paid once every 4 weeks on a rolling basis.
- You must provide references and pass credit checks.
- You may be required to provde a guarantor.
- Minimum contract length is 2 months.
- You may book a virtual viewing or in-person viewing.
- A security deposit of 4 weeks' rent is required.
The following bills are included when renting via Naviho:
Gas
Electricity
Water
Council Tax
Broadband Internet
Periodic cleaning of communal areas
Please ensure you are familair with the following steps of the process before continuing to apply.
Professional Contract:
- Complete this form to book a virtual viewing.
- Select the property/room you wish to occupy.
- If we require a reference, submit the necessary documents we require.
- View your Professional Documents, pay the total rental amount for your duration, and a Security Deposit of 4 weeks' rent.
- Move into your new accomodation & confirm the condition of the property on the date you moved in.
Residential Contract:
- Complete this form to book an in-person or virtual viewing.
- View a property and select the property/room you wish to occupy.
- View your Tenancy (Occupation) Documents, pay a Holding Deposit of £100, and submit the necessary documents we require to conduct your background & credit checks.
- Should you fail the checks your Holding Deposit will be refunded.
- If you pass the checks you will proceed to the next step.
- If you pass the checks but decide not to take up a tenancy (occupation) then your Holding Deposit will not be refunded.
- Pay your security deposit.
- This is equal to 1 month's rent.
- The £100 you paid for your Holding Deposit will be counted towards the total amount payable.
- Sign your Tenancy (Occupation) Documents:
- Occupation Contract
- Good Housemate Agreement
- Living in Harmony agreement
- Sign a Direct Debit mandate enabling your rent to be paid on the 1st of each month to cover the month ahead.
- Pay your rent due for the remainder of the month in which your contract starts.
- Move into your new accomodation & confirm the condition of the property on the date you moved in.
