Ameren Midstream Instant Incentives

Get instant discounts on energy-efficient equipment! Instant Incentives makes it easier for Ameren Illinois residential customers to make their homes more energy-efficient by providing upfront discounts on qualifying equipment.
We are partnered with Ameren to offer direct incentives off your invoice for qualified Heat Pumps, and Thermostats. This incentive is provided back to you in the form of a credit and this web form is used to provide the necessary documentation to finalize and file your claim. This eliminates the consumer having to fill out paperwork and necessary documents that were required in the past.

As part of your participation in this program you agree to complete this form for each rebate requested within the first 5 days of the month following the install or you will not receive any rebate. Republic will not honor any rebates where this form has not been completed in a timely fashion.

Please note: This form is only to be used for Ameren Midstream Incentives offered via Republic to qualified contractors for qualified products and while funds are available in the program. No claims by homeowners, end-users or others will be honored. If funds are depleted from the program then Republic reserves the right to dis-honor claims with no notice

2026 Rebate Amounts are as follows:

January 1 – December 31, 2026

Incentives listed for Residential also apply to Commercial installations.

• Ducted Air Source Heat Pump – 15.2 SEER2+(16 SEER+) | 8.1 HSPF2+ (9.5 HSPF+) – $100 (limit 2 per resident)

• Ductless Mini-Split Heat Pump – 16 SEER2+(16 SEER+) | 8.55 HSPF2+(9.5 HSPF+) – $700 (limit 2 per resident)

• Heat Pump Water Heater - $1,300

• Smart Thermostat – $125

• Energy Recovery Ventilator - ATRE < 60% - $250

• Energy Recovery Ventilator - ATRE > 60% - $500

• Ground Source Heat Pump - 15,001 - 21,000 Btu/h - $1500

• Ground Source Heat Pump - 21,001 - 27,000 Btu/h - $2000

• Ground Source Heat Pump - 27,001 - 33,000 Btu/h - $2500

• Ground Source Heat Pump - 33,001 - 39,000 Btu/h - $3000

• Ground Source Heat Pump - 39,001 - 45,000 Btu/h - $3500

• Ground Source Heat Pump - 45,001 - 51,000 Btu/h - $4000

• Ground Source Heat Pump - 51,001 - 57,000 Btu/h - $4500

• Ground Source Heat Pump - 57,001 - 63,000 Btu/h - $5000

• Ground Source Heat Pump - 63,001 - 69,000 Btu/h - $5500
