The Makers Market by Urbanspace, is coming back to Bryant Park bigger and better than ever in 2025! More dates, more vendors, more fun!

We are looking for vendors who sell one-of-a-kind handmade items you can’t find in stores. All businesses who apply to the Makers Market should be local to New York or the Tri-State area and feature products that are 100% designed by them and produced locally.

 

Market Dates:

Weekend 1: April 18th - 20th (Easter & Passover)

Weekend 2: April 25th - 27th

Weekend 3: May 2nd - 4th

Weekend 4: May 9th - 11th (Mothers Day Weekend)

Weekend 5: May 16th - 18th

Weekend 6: May 23rd - 26th  (Memorial Day Weekend)**

Weekend 7: May 30th - June 1st

 

Market Hours of Operation:

11:00 am – 7:00 pm

 

Market Pricing:

Price Per Weekend: $800

**Memorial Day Weekend (4-days of operation): $1,000

 

Additional Fees (mandatory):

New mandatory Urbanspace-branded tent canopies will be required at all 2025 pop-up markets. Designed for Urbanspace with a unique, fun pattern, they introduce a fresh, cultivated aesthetic for the season.

Urbanspace Canopy Topper & Signage: $400

OR

Canopy Topper Rental & Signage/Per Weekend: $200

 

Payment Dates:

First payment of 50% due: Tuesday, April 1st.

Final Payment due: One week prior to Load-In.

Application Deadline: March 20, 2025
