As required by the Awarding Organisation, NCC are required to confirm the occupational competence of mentors/supervisors who support the learners within their workplace using a CV and a CPD record.
In addition to completing the setting agreement form (parts 1, 2 and 3), mentors are also required to upload requested documents to this secure link. Setting Agreement Forms cannot be approved until this evidence has been provided. A separate link must be completed by all placement mentors and for each student supported.
