  • Form instructions: Please choose the event you want to sponsor. Please take note that if your preferred sponsorship is no longer available, a comparable sponsorship will be substituted. If you are an annual sponsor or sponsored an event last year, please be sure to click the section provided. Our office will process and email you an invoice based on your payment preferrence, All checks should be mailed to the MWCEA, C/O PlanIt World, 1750 K Street, NW, Ste. 710, Washington, DC  20006. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with additional details and logo requirements.

  • $3,000 PLATINUM Sponsor/Partnership Level - Top-tier sponsors, your company will receive premium visibility throughout the event. Your name will be prominently displayed on dual screens during the program, ensuring maximum exposure. This sponsorship includes a full-page ad in the MWCEA meeting program directory, a dedicated listing in the schedule of events mailer, and branded signage at the venue. Additionally, your sponsorship will be promoted across social media and integrated into all meeting materials for enhanced recognition.
  • $2,500 GOLD Sponsor/Partnership Level Top-tier sponsors, your company will receive premium visibility throughout the event. Your name will be prominently displayed on dual screens during the program, ensuring maximum exposure. This sponsorship includes a full-page ad in the MWCEA meeting program directory, a dedicated listing in the schedule of events mailer, and branded signage at the venue. Additionally, your sponsorship will be promoted across social media and integrated into all meeting materials for enhanced recognition.
  • $1,800 Sponsor/Partnership Level - Silver Sponsorship offers a valuable brand presence throughout the event with targeted promotional opportunities. As a Silver Sponsor, your company will receive a half-page ad in the MWCEA meeting program directory (with an option to upgrade to a full-page ad for $500), along with a dedicated listing in the schedule of events mailer.
