  • Form instructions: Please choose the event you want to sponsor. Please take note that if your preferred sponsorship is no longer available, a comparable sponsorship will be substituted. If you are an annual sponsor or sponsored an event last year, please be sure to click the section provided. Our office will process and email you an invoice based on your payment preferrence, All checks should be mailed to the MWCEA, C/O PlanIt World, 1750 K Street, NW, Ste. 710, Washington, DC  20006. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with additional details and logo requirements. 

    All printable ads must be in by August 1st.
    Digital only ads will be accepted through August 31st.

  • $3,000 PLATINUM Sponsor/Partnership Level - Top-tier sponsors, your company will receive premium visibility throughout the event. Your name will be prominently displayed on dual screens during the program, ensuring maximum exposure. This sponsorship includes a full-page ad in the MWCEA meeting program directory, a dedicated listing in the schedule of events mailer, and branded signage at the venue. Additionally, your sponsorship will be promoted across social media and integrated into all meeting materials for enhanced recognition.
  • $2,500 GOLD Sponsor/Partnership Level Top-tier sponsors, your company will receive premium visibility throughout the event. Your name will be prominently displayed on dual screens during the program, ensuring maximum exposure. This sponsorship includes a full-page ad in the MWCEA meeting program directory, a dedicated listing in the schedule of events mailer, and branded signage at the venue. Additionally, your sponsorship will be promoted across social media and integrated into all meeting materials for enhanced recognition.
  • $1,800 Sponsor/Partnership Level - Silver Sponsorship offers enhanced visibility and priority placement throughout the MWCEA event. As a Silver Sponsor, your company receives a half‑page ad in the meeting program directory (with the option to upgrade to a full‑page ad for $500), plus a dedicated listing in the schedule of events mailer. Your brand will appear on premium event signage and be featured more prominently across MWCEA social media, ensuring elevated exposure among attendees.
  • $1,200 Sponsor/Partnership Level – Bronze Sponsorship provides consistent brand presence across MWCEA event materials. As a Bronze Sponsor, your company receives a half‑page ad in the meeting program directory (with the option to upgrade to a full‑page ad for $500), along with a dedicated listing in the schedule of events mailer. Your brand will be included on standard event signage and featured in MWCEA social media promotions, offering solid visibility and participation in the event’s promotional network.
  • $600 Sponsor/Partnership Level - Show your support for MWCEA with this "Friends of MWCEA" sponsorship level, featuring your company name listed in the MWCEA meeting program and a digital quarter-page ad that you supply. On-site event sponsor signage. Select the event you would like to sponsor:

  • Sponsorship Payment Agreement
    By submitting this advertising or sponsorship commitment, I acknowledge and agree that payment is due in full on or before the payment deadline specified on the invoice or sponsorship agreement.

    I understand that submitting a sponsorship commitment and or pledge constitutes a financial commitment to the association. Sponsorship benefits are not guaranteed until payment has been received in full.

    If payment remains outstanding after the applicable deadline, I understand that the association reserves the right to withhold sponsorship recognition, event benefits, or other benefits associated with the commitment until payment is received.

    I further understand that any applicable cancellation, refund, or sponsorship terms provided in the sponsorship agreement, or event materials apply to my commitment.
