Refund Policy:

Bay District School Board Policy - Chapter 8.106 Workforce Education Tuition Refund

Students who are administratively withdrawn are NOT eligible for a refund.

NONREFUNDABLE FEES: Registration fee, Student activity fee, Parking pass, and ID Badges

Eligibility for 100% Refund:

• Class is Cancelled
• UNUSED tuition and REFUNDABLE fees will be refunded if the student does not begin class or withdraws during the 10 day drop/add period.

Attendance Policy:

NO EXCUSED ABSENCES. NO LEAVE OF ABSENCES.

Absences CANNOT exceed 2.2% (30 hours) for the ENTIRE program.

Students who exceed the 2.2% will be withdrawn from Haney.

Students are expected to attend their FULL scheduled class hours each day. Absences will be counted from the first day of the scheduled class.

Time missed due to:

 Late arrivals, Clocking in late for class or from lunch

Early departures, includes clocking out for break

will count AGAINST your attendance.

There is no GRACE PERIOD.

I understand failure to adhere to the policies, particularly the attendance policy can result in withdrawal from Tom P. Haney.
