• I understand that if I am awarded the DALL grant, my attendance at the Professional Development Program is required. If for any reason I cannot attend the program, I will notify the DALL Grants Committee within 48 hours, including returning any funds if I have already received them.
• I agree to provide proof of my program registration (copies of receipts) to DALL’s Treasurer within 30 days of enrolling in the program.
• I also understand that I am required to submit a written summary of my Professional Development Program experience, including how it helped further my professional knowledge and skill set, within 60 days of program completion. This summary may be published in the DALL Newsletter.
