WCC 2025 Golf Outing - Volunteer Form

The 22nd Annual Westfield Chamber Golf Outing will occur on Monday, May 12, 2025, at The Bridgewater Club.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering to assist with the Golf Outing. For us to host a successful event, it takes more than 30 volunteers.

There are three sections to complete below. A) Volunteer Information, B) Provide Your Availability, and C) Provide Your Desired Volunteer Role. While every attempt will be made to place you in your preferred volunteer role, there is no guarantee. We do have situations in which we need to shift volunteers around or have a volunteer not show and shuffle to cover a critical area.
