    If you'd like to request a training on human trafficking from the Cook County Human Trafficking Task Force, please fill out the following. One form should be completed per training request.You will hear back from the CCHTTF director within 10 business days regarding your request. Our trainings will cover both sex and labor trafficking.Note: The earlier you submit your request, the higher the likelihood that CCHTTF will be able to fulfill your request. The latest you may submit this form is no later than three weeks prior to your event.
