Job Description
1.Learn the recipe and recreate the menu:
・Learn the recipes of our franchise partners and do training until you are able to recreate the recipe in the U.S. (Max 6 month)
・Learn the recipes from a couple restaurants and conduct training for the store employees.
2.Preparing and following up with Central Kitchen and Food Hall:
・Support setting up, preparing cooking appliances, and cleaning the Central Kitchen and Food Hall.
・Follow food safety based on HACCP and conduct risk management
3.Team management:
・Construct a working environment that facilitates high motivation and performance
4.Finance and budget management
5.Business trips and communicating with Japan branch
6. Following law and regulations
7. Others:
・Support future grand-openings and smooth store expansions by going on business trips across the U.S.
