  • ~What's Round1 and Food Hall?~

    The first Round1 was founded in Japan in 1980, and we opened our first store in the U.S. in 2010. Currently, we have 56 stores in the U.S., and we are continuously expanding! We are also planning to launch Food Halls with the goal of proudly spreading Japanese Cuisine across the U.S.

    ~Who are we looking for~
    We are looking for people who have an enthusiastic mindset and are willing to tackle the challenge of a new project and environment. If you are interested in our company culture and would like to grow together, please join us!

  • Job Description

    1.Learn the recipe and recreate the menu:
    ・Learn the recipes of our franchise partners and do training until you are able to recreate the recipe in the U.S. (Max 6 month)
    ・Learn the recipes from a couple restaurants and conduct training for the store employees.

    2.Preparing and following up with Central Kitchen and Food Hall:
    ・Support setting up, preparing cooking appliances, and cleaning the Central Kitchen and Food Hall.
    ・Follow food safety based on HACCP and conduct risk management 

    3.Team management:
    ・Construct a working environment that facilitates high motivation and performance

    4.Finance and budget management
    5.Business trips and communicating with Japan branch
    6.  Following law and regulations

    7. Others:
    ・Support future grand-openings and smooth store expansions by going on business trips across the U.S.
