    • I, the Tenant agrees to rent an RV space at Elk Creek RV Park, "LANDLORD", 317 E 20th St, Elk City, OK 73644 upon the following terms and conditions:
  • 1) RENT: Tenant shall pay rent of $420.00 on, or in advance of, the first day of the rental term. Tenant(s) has 5 days following the due date before late fees are assessed in the amount of $25.00 on the 6th day of the rent due and $20.00 each additional day after, until the full amount is paid.

    Welcome to Elk Creek RV ParkWe appreciate you staying with us. We do have a few park policies and rules which are not intended torestrict the pleasure of our guests, but rather are simply a way of ensuring that everyone has a safe, quietand comfortable visit.Pets: Pets are allowed with management's permission, They must be on a leash at all times while out ofyour RV and may not be tied up or unattended outside of your RV. Pet owners are responsible forcleaning up after their pets and not allowing their pets to disturb others. Pets left in RV that are barkingare considered a disturbance.Children: Children are welcome but are not allowed to run around the park unsupervised or to play in theclubhouse, laundry room, restrooms or any other site not registered to you. Children must beaccompanied by an adult at all times if under the age of 18.Speed Limit: The speed limit in the park is 10 MPH. Watch for children and pets. Please avoid driving ongrass in the park. Costs of repairing damaged lawn will be passed to the tenant.Quiet Time: Quiet time is 24 hours a day, but most especially from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please beconsiderate of your neighbors. We will require noisy or disruptive people to leave the park so they do notcontinue to disturb others.Security: We are not responsible for theft or damage to your RV or personal items in the park. Please besure you secure your belongings, and we require that each resident carries insurance on their RV.Trash: Dumpsers are located in the park. Trash can not be temporarily placed alongside the RVs, as it isunsightly and encourages visits of our wildlife. Dumpsters are for IN PARK USE ONLY, no out of parktrash can be disposed of in the park dumpsters.Site Appearance: Please do not store boxes and other belongings under or around your RV unit. Clothinglines or hanging clothes outside your RV are not permitted. Children's toys, bikes and minimal other itemsare allowed on the space as long as they're neatly arranged and dont make an unsightly appearance Other than approved propane tanks, inflammables are not to be stored under or around your RVs. Noopen flames are allowed. Alterations of spaces with decks, storage units, patios, etc. is not allowedwithout express permission from management. Free standing canopies, sunrooms, tents, shelters,freezers and refrigerators are not allowed. Tarpaulin (tarps) covers are not allowed. RV sites are to beused for Recreational Vehicles parking only. Enforcement of these rules is an attempt to keep the parkneat and clean for everyone's enjoyment. Park management is the sole judge as to whether a RV orspace and an acceptable appearance.Disturbances: If at any time the police are called, due to actions of you or your guests, resulting in themcoming to the park you will be asked to leave the park immediately. We have a no tolerance policy onthese types of disturbances. No exceptions! Pin Codes: Are for residents use only and are not allowed to be shared with anyone but a resident. Bathrooms in the back of the park are locked at 6pm. After 6pm you can use the main office showers witha pin code.

  • Laws: All federal, state, local laws, regulations and ordinances shall be obeyed by residents and guests of the park. Violations: any of the above rules and regulations will result in immediate removal of the park. Management reserves the right to add to or alter these rules and regulations as circumstances require and as necessary for the safety and care of the community and for securing the comfort, peace, and quiet convenience of all RV/Trailer residents. The tenants and residents will observe and comply with all such rules as the management may prescribe on written notice to residents. The failure by management to enforce any rule or regulation of the park or the failure to insist in any instance on strict performance of any requirement herein shall not be construed as a waiver of these rules and regulations. The provisions of these rules and regulations shall be severable; if any provision is held invalid or unenforceable by any court or law for any reason whatsoever, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall be in full force and effect. These rules will be enforced by management to ensure the health, safety, welfare, comfort, peace, and quiet convenience of each resident in the park.

    - NO FRIENDS OR FAMILY SHOWERING AT OUR FACILITY.

    - NO WASHING OF VEHICLES OR RV’S AT THE PARK

    - NO GARDENING THAT MAY REQUIRE WATERING.

    - NO POOLS

    - NO EXCESSIVE APPLIANCES (i.e. NO OUTDOOR ELECTRIC DECORATIONS, FOUNTAINS)

    Tips for water and energy conservation: Run minimal appliances during peak hours, don’t leavewater running while doing dishes, turn heat and air units to low when away from your trailer.Report water leaks immediately.
