SPRING GIRLS NIGHT OUT BUSINESS REGISTRATION
Get ready for Ellensburg Downtown Association's annual Spring Girls Night Out in Downtown, Ellensburg on Thursday, April 24, from 5-9 pm! All brick-and-mortar and micro businesses (pop-up vendors) must register, to be featured on Girls Night Out collateral and maps. All participating businesses are required to contribute two items of $20 value to be added in the legendary raffle basket raffle. Important dates: Register for Spring Girls Night Out by April 5, 2025.
WHAT ROLE DOES THE EDA PLAY IN THE EVENT?
Girls Night Out is organized by the Ellensburg Downtown Association. Our team spearheads business registration, overall event marketing, event sponsorship, volunteer recruitment, creation of the event bingo card and collection of all downtown specials, as well as collecting raffle basket goodies from each registered business. Our volunteers run the check-in table and distribute custom tote bags to the first XX participants. We also take photos and videos during the event to post social media recaps, and to help promote future night out events.
WHAT ROLE DOES YOUR BUSINESS PLAY IN THE EVENT?
Each business is responsible for their own in-store promotions, specials, and/or entertainment, as well as co-promoting the event via social media, business email lists, and print collateral within the business. There are many ways to be engaged with Girls Night Out! After you've registered, here are some ways that you can incentivize patrons to stop by your location: Find a musician or vendor to "pop up" within your venue during the event; create a special menu item or sales promotion for the night; find a unique way for patrons to pamper themselves at your business; host a special giveaway; offer refreshments for patrons.
