Age Requirement – All attendees must be 21 years or older.

Travel Insurance- is not required but we do suggest it as life does happen. If you choose to purchase it you can contact one of the below options to find the best plan for you.

These are just suggestions. You can also do a simple Google search for travel insurance companies. Be sure to pick the best one for your needs. 

 

Payments to Kapture the Globe LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable due to the contractual obligations we have with the resort, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. Please make sure you plan to attend before submitting payment. 

If you submit your deposit after the initial deposit date your room will be subject to current rates and availability.

I understand all payments to Kapture the Globe LLC are non-refundable and non-transferrable. I further acknowledge that I have been advised to obtain travel insurance to protect my investment. If I should purchase travel insurance I understand it is my responsibilty to fully read and understand what the travel insurance covers. 

 

I understand that the itinerary is subject to change and that final activities, times, and sequencing may be adjusted as needed.

 

I acknowledge that I have read this registration form completely and the information I provided is accurate. I understand that if my roommate (s) cancel, my rate will change. I understand that all monies must be paid by the final payment date. if my balance is left unpaid, my room will be canceled immediately. Prices for reinstated  rooms maybe higher than initial rate and a $100.00 reinstatement / administration fee will be charge by Kapture the Globe LLC regardless of the cancellation date.
