  • Important Event Information

    The event begins at 10:00 AM on March 22nd, 2025, and ends at 6:00 PM. Booth setup begins at 8 AM and must be completed before 9:30 AM. Vendors are responsible for the setup and breakdown of booths. The event ends at 6 pm, please do not break down earlier.

    Booth space is rented on a first-come, first-served basis. 

    If you sponsor us, your booth space is free.

    Vendor & Sponsor Parking

    There is a special vendor parking area behind the vendors' spaces. 

    Sponsors staying overnight on Saturday should park their campers in the vendor parking area.

    Vendor & Sponsor Overnight Camping

    Vendors and Sponsors may camp out on Saturday after the event. 

    Please be packed up and ready to leave by 11 am on Sunday.
