This class will teach an understanding of the important intricacies within the NuDrain product and the variables which can be adapted to successfully line mechanical systems of all types. Product variables, various resins, the importance of calibration, hot and cold weather applications, water infiltration, channel rotting, handling connections via gapping and reinstating, accelerated curing mechanisms utilizing fast curing resins and heat assist, reforming collapsed or wrinkled lines using the hot water cure, handling small diameter, cleaning, measuring, camera manipulation, when and why to use a long/short bladder on air/pull end, push/pull combination method, proper use of scoring to allow material to lay even through short sweep bends.

NuDrain Vertical & Horizontal Connection Lining (VHCL) - Master (2 Day Course) Prerequisite: Certification as a NuDrain Journeyman, Crew Foreman, Project Manager, or a supervisor’s recommendation.
The participants will learn the proper method of building and installing the various sizes of connection liners (VHCL) in both vertical and horizontal applications. This class covers the techniques of installing both the Picote Connection Collar system and NuFlow’s Precision Push/Pull-in-Place. Upstream & downstream installation and curing with the Heat Assist and/or Picote steamer will also be taught.

    NuDrain Pull-in-Place - Master (5 Day Course)
Prerequisite: Completed all Apprentice, Journeyman & Master courses.
The NuFlow PIP Master class is the pinnacle of pull-in-place lining. We test the attendee’s skills with master installation scenarios including large diameter patching, window cutting & lining custom built short radius ninety-degree sweeps in a 8-inch x 12-inch pipe configuration while dealing with active water infiltration and cold spots. Attendees will also work as a team to complete a full system CIPP rehab utilizing connection liners (VHCL) with 2-inch, 3-inch & 4-inch NuFlex liners.

Advanced Plan Reading & Estimating - Master (2 Day Course)
Prerequisite: Completion of Bluebeam University online classes and Certification as a NuDrain Journeyman, Crew Foreman, Project Manager, Estimator, Salesman, Account Manager, or a supervisor’s recommendation.
The participant will learn how to evaluate and breakdown potential jobs for mobilization and estimating the NuDrain CIPP, NuCure UV, and NuTube Inversion technologies. The course will encompass gauging all associated job costs including labor, duration of job, mobilization, equipment rental costs, shipping, per diem, travel and accommodations, materials, and miscellaneous aspects of estimating and implementing NuFlow technology utilizing excel worksheets and Bluebeam software to produce accurate take offs, budgets, and estimates. A brief overview of Bluebeam take-off software will be shared.

Project Development, Project Management, & Technical Standards - Master
    (2 Day Course)
Prerequisite: Certification as a NuDrain Journeyman, NASSCO PACP, or NASSCO LACP
Learn industry standards to follow relevant ASTMS and plumbing jurisdictions. Sharpen your Project Management skills using Microsoft Planner and Project with a real-life large project. Learn how to use construction industry tools implemented into our trade, such as building a schedule of values, using a Gantt chart to schedule tasks, implementing change orders, to produce an in-depth schedule. Understand true project assessment, flow analysis and how different variables can affect liner selection (choice of resin, type of liner material, coating of liner material, etc.) to help mitigate risk. Understanding certifications, testing, professional qualifications, local, state, and federal guidelines surrounding our industry (ASTM 1216, ASTM 1743, UPC, IPC).
