Dash Plaques for first 150 entries

Vehicle registration inside gate 7:30AM to 9:30PM.   Gates open to the public at 9:30AM.
Award presentation is at 2:30PM in front of the grandstands.

Entries payable online with PayPal or Credit card at www.ptrakers.com or check by mail. {Please note PayPal number on registration form. PayPal No._________________}.

By mail, make check payable to “Rakers Car Club”. Send registration form and check to: Rakers Car Show - P.O. Box 166 – Port Townsend, WA. 98368.

Please note, the day of show registration is payable by check or cash only.

Parking is first come first served. Car Clubs that arrive together will be parked as a group if desired. No spot holding for late arrivals after vehicles have been parked. Maximum registration is 200 vehicles. Preregistered entries that do not attend the show will not be refunded. Car trailers are not permitted inside Memorial Field and vehicles must be off loaded outside the gate. Smoking, alcohol, and pets are not permitted on the field, except for Service dogs.

 

ENTRY FEE:

 

Release: In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event I understand that the Rakers Car Club is not responsible for loss or injury to my property or me. I understand that the Rakers Car Club may not be held liable in any way for occurrences in conjunction with participation in the Rakers Car Show that result in an injury, death or damage to me or my family, heirs, or assigns. I hereby assume all risks in connection with said event or any harm, injury or damage that may befall me including all risks connected therewith, whether foreseen or unforeseen and further agree to save and hold harmless the Rakers Car Club event, and persons from any claim from me or my family, estate, heirs or assigns out of my participation in this event. I expressly release the promoters from any liability or all such loss or injury if I desire. I will provide my own insurance, as I understand none will be provided by the promoters. I also understand that the transfer of all monies and paper at the Rakers Car Show is the responsibility of the buyers and sellers. Sales tax collection is the responsibility of the seller. Applicant understands registration and payment is subject to acceptance by the show management. Show management reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant for any reason. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the show management. I further state that I am of lawful age and legally competent to sign this affirmation and release, or that I have written consent of my parents or guardian, that I understand the terms herein and contractual and not a mere recital, and that I have signed this document of my own free will. It is my intention by this instrument to exempt and release the Rakers Car Club from all liabilities whatsoever for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death arising out of or in the course of my participation.

 I HAVE FULLY INFORMED MYSELF OF THE CONTENT OF THIS AFFRIMATION AND RELEASE BY READING IT BEFORE SIGNING.
