Declaration and Consent 1. Photography, Video, and Media Release Agreement (Required) By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that as a model/dancer/performer, I may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during events, rehearsals, performances, photoshoots, and promotional activities. I grant permission for the use of my images, videos, and likeness for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and printed materials. I understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of my images unless agreed upon in a separate contract. I understand that my participation is voluntary, and I may withdraw consent in writing at any time, though previously published materials may not be removed retroactively. I agree that all photos and videos taken by the company, photographers, or affiliated professionals are the property of the organization and may be used at their discretion.
2. Liability Waiver and Release (Required) By participating in any events, rehearsals, performances, and activities organized by the Soca Fashion Show, I agree with the following: I understand that dancing and modeling involve physical activity and potential risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. I release to the Soca Fashion Show, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and event organizers from any liability for injury, accidents, or damages that may occur during my participation. I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the activities and will notify the organizers if I have any medical conditions that require accommodations. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety, including proper warm-up, stretching, and adherence to professional guidelines.
3. Professional Conduct Agreement (Required) I agree to maintain a professional attitude, be punctual, and communicate openly with the management team regarding scheduling, changes, or conflicts. I understand that any form of misconduct, including harassment, discrimination, or unprofessional behavior, may result in immediate dismissal from the program. I agree to respect fellow models, dancers, photographers, and staff, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive work environment.I understand that all choreography, creative concepts, and production details are confidential and should not be shared without permission. I will not engage in unauthorized bookings or represent myself as part of The Soca Fashion Show without prior approval.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (Required) I agree to keep all internal information, creative work, schedules, and business details confidential. I will not share proprietary information, including unpublished content, scripts, or production details, with third parties. I understand that violation of confidentiality may result in legal action or termination of my participation.
5. Agreement to Terms and Conditions (Required)By signing this form, I acknowledge that:I have read and understood all sections of this agreement.I voluntarily agree to comply with all outlined policies and expectations.I confirm that all the information I provided is true and accurate.I understand that failure to adhere to these terms may result in my removal from participation.All sales for this event are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, travel disruptions, or personal circumstances.

Casting Call Details & Requirements:
Male and Female Models: Ages 18+, All sizes, races, & backgrounds.
Please bring the following to your audition:
ID, One 8X10 headshot picture with your contact information, or a comp card and
$20 registration fee.

All models auditioning must wear the following:
Black Top/ Tank top
Black Pant/Leggings
Black Shoes
Ladies, heels are preferred.
