If you’re choosing to volunteer for the Shakira & Post Malone Concert, please note the event will take place from June 6–8. Available volunteer shifts include Friday at 2:30 PM, Saturday at 2:30 PM, and Sunday at 1:30 PM. You may select one day or volunteer all three—it’s entirely your choice! Please respond promptly, as spots are limited and we only have a few days remaining to finalize the schedule. Thank you for your support!

Please note: Volunteers must be 18 years or older to participate with the foundation.

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with The Experience Foundation. Your time and effort are valuable, and your participation plays a critical role in the success of our events and initiatives. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

1. Commitment to Participation:

By signing up, you recognize that your participation is important and considered a commitment. We rely on our volunteers to help create a positive and successful experience for everyone involved. If you are unable to attend for any reason, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly.

2. Voluntary Participation:

I understand that I am volunteering my time and services without expectation of financial compensation. I am participating willingly and at my own risk.

3. Assumption of Risk:

I acknowledge that volunteering may involve physical activities or situations that carry a risk of injury. I accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

4. Medical Treatment:

In case of emergency, I authorize the Experience Foundation to seek necessary medical treatment on my behalf and release them from any liability related to that care.

5. Release of Liability:

I release and hold harmless The Experience Foundation, its staff, directors, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation as a volunteer.

6. Use of Likeness:

I grant permission for The Experience Foundation to use photographs, videos, or other media containing my image for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.

7. Code of Conduct:

I agree to follow all instructions, rules, and policies provided by The Experience Foundation. I understand that failure to do so may result in the termination of my volunteer role.

8. Confidentiality:

I agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information I encounter while volunteering.
