Job Description:

Our client is a professional company in the field supplying commercial printers and photocopiers distribution and repair, they are seeking a skilled Printer Installation and Repair Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing printing devices for clients in the field of printer distribution and leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure printers at client locations.
Diagnose and repair malfunctioning printers.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot printing issues.
Replace parts and components as necessary.
Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
Provide excellent customer service and support during service visits.
Keep detailed records of service requests and completed tasks.

Job Requirements:

Must currently reside in Australia with a valid Visa 462 or 485.
Minimum IELTS or PTE score of 5.0 in all bands.
Relevant qualifications or skills in Electronics, Software, or Technician work.
Proven experience in printer installation, repair, and maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to replace printer parts, perform technical troubleshooting, and configure systems.
A commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
