Job Description

As a Grooming Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our grooming stations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Clean and sanitize grooming stations after each customer to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

- Assist the groomer with various tasks, including washing and blow-drying dogs when needed.

- Help manage the flow of customers and dogs, ensuring a pleasant experience for both.

- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and guiding customers through the self-serve grooming process.

- Monitor the grooming area to ensure all supplies are stocked and readily available.

- Maintain a positive and friendly atmosphere for both dogs and their owners.
Qualifications

- Love for dogs and a passion for animal care - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks - Previous experience with dogs or in a grooming setting is a plus, but not required - Must be reliable and available to work weekends.
