- The rates listed above are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Outlays are where we pay or are liable to make a payment to others on your behalf. This may include search fees, Court filing fees, process server fees, expert fees, witness expenses, travel expenses, transcript expenses and barrister's fees
- Time is charged in 6 minute units.
- Unless a fixed fee is agreed upon in writing with both parties, our consultation rates above will be applied.
- By providing us instructions to act on your behalf, you acknowledge the above rates and you agree to pay for our services.
- All tax invoices are due and payable 7 days from the date of the tax invoice. You consent to us sending our tax invoices to you electronically at your usual email address or mobile phone number as specified by you.
- Statement fees are incurred on all outstanding invoices at an amount of $30 per statement. Interest at the rate prescribed by s59(3) of the Civil
Proceedings Act 2011 (Qld) (being the Cash Rate Target set by the Reserve Bank of Australia plus 6%) will be charged on any amounts unpaid
after the expiry of 30 days after a tax invoice is given to you. Our tax invoices will specify the interest rate to be charged.
