Terms & Conditions
All products must be returned in brand new condition with tags attached & any retail packaging intact. If the tags are not present, if the retail packaging is damaged and/or clothing items show signs of being washed/worn/odours or damage the return will be declined. If your product has been personalised the order is non-returnable.
What Must I Do?
- Please include a self addressed return paid satchel for the new exchanged item.
- Please keep the tracking for the above satchel so you can track the parcel.
- Please pop a note on the inside of the satchel so our team knows what to do.
- Please get the exchange in the post in a reasonable amount of time.
