Focal Point Application
Senior Resources remains committed to its core mission of being a trusted resource of free, unbiased information, referral and assistance, regarding all aspects of aging. The Agency is currently seeking applications from community organizations that support this activity and wish to be recognized as a Focal Point in the Area Plan. A Focal Point, by Older Americans Act definition, functions as a point of entry for accessing aging and disability services. Focal Points provide information, referral and assistance as well as many other services including meals, wellness programs, transportation, benefits counseling, employment assistance, volunteer and civic engagement, social activities and/or education.
