No Refund Policy: Due to the limited number of spaces available for each workshop, all sales and deposits are final. We operate under a strict no refund policy.
Refunds at Management’s Discretion: Any refund requests will be considered only at the discretion of The Artists Lab management. Refunds will not be automatically issued and will depend on the specific circumstances surrounding each case.
Commitment to Your Place: By purchasing a ticket or making a deposit, you are committing to your place in the workshop. Please be sure of your availability and participation before proceeding with payment.
Transferring Tickets: In the event that you are unable to attend, you may inquire about the possibility of transferring your place to another individual. This is subject to approval and is not guaranteed.
Cancellations and Changes: The Artists Lab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop at any time. In the unlikely event of a cancellation by The Artists Lab, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. However, if a participant cancels, the no-refund policy applies.
