Terms & Conditions
We accept all returns submitted within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in brand new condition with tags attached & any retail packaging intact. If the tags are not present, if the retail packaging is damaged and/or clothing items show signs of being washed/worn/odours/damage the return will be declined and return postage is payable by you. If your product has been personalised we cannot accept these returns. Please note we charge a $10 restocking fee or 10% whichever is greater. This fee covers admin costs & the non-refundable merchant fees incurred in this transaction. Orders paid for using a "buy now pay later" service are non-refundable (unless faulty) however a store credit will be offered.
What Must I Do?
- Ensure the products are in brand new condition with tags/packaging intact
- Pop a note inside the order to help our team process the return faster.
